 After   graduating from Florida State University with a Degree in Business majoring in Marketing and Real Estate, Mike worked as a real estate  appraiser specializing in appraising properties involved in eminent domain litigation. A few years later, Mike opened his first mortgage brokerage company and has been helping customers obtain financing  since.  

With  almost 30 years of lending experience and 1,000's of loans closed,  Mike  has earned the reputation of getting loans financed that were told   couldn't be done. Part of this can be attributed to his dealing with just about every loan situation imaginable over his career and personal   commitment in getting deserving customers financing. A fifth  generation Floridian, Mike was born and raised in Pinellas County.  .
